The Digital Marketing Manager, CP & ESG role offers the opportunity to plan and implement key projects that will be truly impactful in the organization. Key Tasks:

Oversee the marketing automation processes, lead management, scoring, segmentation, nurture strategy & build. Lead the account-based revenue/marketing strategy and technologyStrategize and implement global change management plans to ensure the successful rollout of new products or operational processesPartner with key stakeholders to drive change management with minimal operational friction and ensure cross-functional cohesivenessContribute to the creation of guidance and best practices documentationEstablish a Community of Practice for Marketing operations and technology used for execution to ensure that Marketing campaigns and initiatives are feeding accurate data into our lead management and reporting frameworksEstablish a Community of Practice for the use of intent data to support pipeline development, own multiple sources of intent technology, and increase adoption of intent tools by sales and marketing by delivering enablementCreate and implement integrated strategies aligning sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the breadth, flow, conversion effectiveness, and velocity of leads in the revenue funnelManage sales & marketing technology platforms (e.g., SFDC, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, Asana) and identify new technologies to scale sales productivity and marketing effectivenessActivate and lead change across complex and matrixed organizationsAct as subject matter expert (SME) to train marketing teams on tools & processes

You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements: 

7+ years of experience in marketing/enablement/operations roles at B2B SaaS organizations driving large scale cross functional programs5+ years of deep technical knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce. Certifications and/or Administrative-level experience requiredSkilled in installation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiencyStrong communication skills with proven ability to socialize, explain and “sell” new and complex strategies, practices, and workflowsAbility to multitask and project manage a heavy volume of work, supervising several projects in various stagesAbility to manage and operate in ambiguous and autonomous situations to solve challenges and problems
