About the Role 

The Manager, eMarketing will lead the merchandising efforts for paid marketing across our Kitchen and Home brands, focusing on paid social, paid search, and remarketing campaigns.

 

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

Own merchandising for paid social and display ads. Drive development of digital calendar to coordinate paid digital ads, including vendor-funded campaigns. Write clear and effective briefs, outlining strategy and objectives. Partner with Creative team to ensure paid ads feature the most compelling and effective content. Oversee the stakeholder approval process: manage proofs, collect and consolidate feedback, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with the Creative team to ensure feedback is implemented. Work closely with Content team to create engaging CTV, YouTube, video retargeting, and paid social videos. Collaborate weekly with CRM and Analytics teams to analyze performance, explore new opportunities, and support the testing roadmap. Develop paid search sitelink and promo extension ads, including seasonal ads. Collaborate with CRM and Merchandising teams to develop vendor-funded ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and display banners. Write promotional copy for display retargeting, sitelink, and promo extension ads. Manage display remarketing and retargeting programs, including house file banners, native ads, retargeting banners, display video, social display and rich media ads. Build paid social ads in Meta’s Creative Hub for Facebook and Instagram. Oversee special projects, such as DOOH, new mover campaigns, Affirm initiatives, House Beautiful campaigns, and more.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $97,500 - $115,800. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
