What you'll do...

Position: Manager, Digital Media

Job Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030

Duties: Support the development of business strategy for social discovery and commerce, inclusive iterative roadmaps, partnerships, and activation. Launch campaigns with social experiences tied to categories including Lifestyle (Fashion, Home, Beauty), Food, Seasonal, and more. Test, evaluate, and scale Walmart’s social platform and creator offerings using data-backed analysis to inform future direction. Leverage data, insights, and measurements to constantly optimize, socialize, and advocate insights and broader strategy internally to stakeholders and leadership. Build and cultivate relationships with strategic partners to develop product discovery and shopping experiences. Advocate efforts internally and externally with executive partners and leadership. Create clear cross-functional deliverables and coordinate with key stakeholders across external and internal teams. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Science, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.

Skills required: Experience with digital media strategy planning and budget allocation related to social commerce experience, including shoppable video and display paid. Experience with marketing campaign creation and execution for specific categories, including Lifestyle. Experience with experiment design and implementation using A/B testing. Experience with Go-To-Market strategy design and launch testing for new product and features, including new brand drops. Experience with performance data analysis and forecasting to form actionable next steps using Impact and Adobe Data Analysis. Experience with new commerce experience building and activation with emerging partners, including interactive ad units.  Experience with marketing program and project management. Experience with market sizing research and competitive landscape analysis. Experience with strategic partnership establishment and management. Experience with customer insight study design and analysis through focus groups. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
