Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Aspen Dental Digital Denture Team as Manager, Digital Rollout Support. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united by a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. In support of the Digital Transformation, the Manager, Digital Rollout Support provides expert technical, operational and clinical training, utilizing 3Shape and SprintRay products and other digital technologies. This role will provide in-field support to assigned offices ensuring successful implementation of the Digital Transformation. Responsibilities: + Provide expert-level pre and post implementation technical and clinical training of 3Shape and SprintRay products. + Provide prompt follow up to office inquiries and reporting of office performance as defined by the Director. + Acts as a mentor and coach to all assigned offices. + Works with Digital Dentistry Team and L&D to develop new educational strategies to improve the end-user experience. + Build strong relationships with all assigned offices, Digital Dentistry team and cross functional teams. + Partner with Director and Clinical Support to address any clinical concerns. + Participate in mandatory internal training as defined by Director. + Manage and submit expenses for reimbursement according to company policy and practices. + Adheres to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Travel on a regular basis throughout Aspen Dental locations (75% Travel) Minimum Education and Experience: + Clinical Acumen – the individual must be able to understand the dental workflow and the fundamentals of clinical dentistry. + Customer and Service Orientation – must be able to understand and translate customer needs into outstanding service and training. + Strong Communicator – must be able to provide clear, concise, professional feedback both written and verbal to a variety of audiences.
