Manager, Digital Systems

We are looking for a skilled Digital Systems Manager to lead our digital initiatives and enhance our e-commerce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Shopify Plus and a strong understanding of digital technology trends. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of technology across our platforms.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, primarily focusing on Shopify Plus. Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance user experience and drive online sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage digital technologies that support business objectives. Oversee the integration of third-party applications and tools to enhance functionality and performance. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the digital ecosystem innovative and competitive. Lead projects related to digital system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed. Analyze digital performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Foster relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital technology management, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms. Extensive experience with Shopify Plus is highly desired. Proven track record in managing digital projects from conception to execution. Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, site performance and digital marketing strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts.

Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a small amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Adequate movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Team members are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
