Manager, Distribution, Client Coverage

To manage the distribution mix within an allocated catchment area for branches, ATM network, application and internet banking as well any other distribution points to ensure the distribution mix remains sustainable and profitable. Specific responsibilities include:

Develop and implement strategies to optimise the distribution network, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client needs.Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform distribution decisions and improve service delivery.Oversee the performance of branches and ATMs, setting targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with the digital banking team to enhance and promote online and mobile banking services.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, service providers, and technology partners.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all distribution channels.Develop and manage budgets for distribution channels, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.Lead and motivate a team of distribution specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Conduct regular reviews of the distribution network, recommending and implementing changes as necessary.Liaise with the marketing department to develop targeted campaigns that drive client engagement across various channels.Oversee the implementation of new technologies and services within the distribution network.Manage client feedback and complaints related to distribution channels, implementing improvements where necessary.Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance to senior management.Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall client experience and operational efficiency.
