Manager, Distribution Compensation

Manulife is currently looking for a Manager, Distribution Compensation to join their winning team.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the team to carry out the operation of payment and compensation adjustment

Enact administration policy to monitor the payment and the validation & settlement systems for providing accurate deliverables to agency

Work with the MIS team/ Business solution team to streamline and automate the operation processes that limit productivity. 

Monitor closely the progress of the development or enhancement.

Lead the team to support agency recruitment in the launch of new profiles, new compensation or bonus schemes.

Management Accounting and Tax Reporting Take the lead to develop risk control strategies. 

Review the operation manuals, work procedures, and the contingency plan from time to time, ensure they are in compliance with the internal and external rules and regulations.

Assist in budget planning and risk reporting

Participate in audit and SOX examination

Work on ad-hoc projects or MIS reports assigned by management from time to time

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years' work experience with insurance

Strong communication, influencing, collaborating and presentation skills

Experience on working in agile

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and disciplined with project scheduling

Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn

Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL

Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English

Experience and knowledge in complicate testing execution and support
