Manager, Distribution Planning (TNF Greater China)

Role & Responsibilities:

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :

This position focus on Great CHN DTP Sell- in and sell- out from pre-season to in-season. Works closely to support sales head on business target setting, in season tactics action by providing professional and comprehensive on time data analysis, both merchandising (OTB wise) and store planning KPI analysis at DTP frontline. Regular facilitate and partnership with brand finance and supply chain operation team to ensure strategic of demand & supply match up, also condenses delivery plan, sell-out marketplace and wholesales partner IPS.

Key Result Areas:

Business acumen on commercial planning development for sell-in & Sell-out target, including financial reporting and internal target setting and tracking, providing accurate reports including DTP delivery planning and store planning.Optimize team communication and analysis process for higher effectiveness and efficiency, enhance shop target execution and analysis insights to have better revenue result for existing store & new store.Lead to a combination decision initiation and Implementation according to DTP OTB & sales strategic plan,

With a strict and clear full preseason picture and flexible project to establish framework of store &city mapping.

Elevating team analytical capability, including Greater DTP FP & outlet analysis agility by leveraging TNF internal and VF platforms resource.Monitor CHIN/HK/TW OTB and TNF/Partner on hand inventory, work close with DTP sales team to ensure Customer inventory are maintained at a healthy level, initiative replenishment and return actions promptly.Build team successor plan, select and stretch teammate capability build-up by coaching and developing team member’s skill and professional reporting and analysis mindset with solid business understanding.

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of retail merchandising planning and analysis experiences

Minimum Supervisory Experience: 2 Years

Nature of Work: Business reporting and analysis/Buying or Merchandising planning in Retail/FMCG

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor

Subject Expert In: Logic/Mathematic/Business/Statistical analysis

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in: English/Mandarin
