LOCATION: 168 Third Ave., Waltham, MA 02451 (can work remotely)
TITLE: Manager, e-Business Marketing
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Define and create audiences that can be applied by the Marketing organization across all addressable channels such as: display advertising networks, onsite, and email.
Develop and activate strategic audiences by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, eBusiness, and Corporate partners to gather objectives and integrate feedback into overall customer data strategy.
Advise Marketing partners on new technologies for new customer acquisition and audience development strategies.
Segment and optimize the marketing database using advanced analytics for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
Champion 1st party data health through cleansing and optimization strategies and lead 3rd party acquisition and augmentation strategy inclusive of legal alignment.
Oversee customer data platform through appropriate integration with cross-functional technologies, lead data taxonomy and tagging, audience segment library, opt-outs, and compliance and audience analysis.
Work with IT, eBusiness, Data Science, and Engineering to implement key audience strategies.
Manage and develop Data Steward roles, inclusive of onboarding, task prioritization, and training.
Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Analytics, Business or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in audience development or related digital marketing experience. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Analytics, Business or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in audience development or related digital marketing experience as an equivalent alternative.
Required knowledge or experience with:
Owning and implementing key digital marketing strategies;
Own vendor engagements and negotiate contracts;
Audience personalization within life sciences industry;
Contact acquisition collaboration with legal and privacy;
Eloqua;
Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target;
Demandbase or similar Account Based Marketing tools;
Tableau or Power BI;
SQL; and
Salesforce or similar CRM.
