We at VF Corporation are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce & Digital to lead and scale our digital business in Turkey.
About The Role
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce and digital strategy across VF’s portfolio of brands (Vans, The North Face , Timberland, Eastpak), driving online sales, optimizing digital marketing, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for Vans, The North Face, Timberland and Eastpak in Turkey, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
• Drive online sales and profitability across e-commerce platforms and marketplace partnerships.
• Manage the e-commerce business, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify and expand new digital business opportunities, in alignment with the country brands lead, including third-party marketplaces, and omnichannel integrations.
Digital Marketing & Performance
• Lead performance marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Optimize digital campaigns for traffic acquisition, conversion rate improvement, and customer retention.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive personalization, improve customer journeys, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with brand marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and storytelling across digital touchpoints.
Customer Experience & Omnichannel Integration
• Enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
• Partner with retail teams to create synergies between online and offline channels.
Technology, Operations & Team Leadership
• Work closely with third parties IT and digital product partners to enhance platform capabilities and site performance.
• Oversee e-commerce operations, including fulfillment, logistics, and payment solutions, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a e-commerce team of 2 .
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to drive innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and managing P&L.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and customer experience optimization.
• Experience with marketplace management and omnichannel strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and collaborate across functions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
