About the Team
Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our copy counterparts to make our catalogs, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! About the Role
The Manager, Editorial will oversee editorial content and copy team to create a brand voice and tell our stories for Pottery Barn Kids and Teen.

Guide, manage and proofread copy across all marketing channels including but limited to, site, email, social, video, print, and special projects. Write engaging, fresh, and compelling editorial that inspires and informs our customers Review, edit, proofread copy to ensure consistency in brand voice and campaign Support and drive seasonal content strategies of Creative Directors and Brand leaders’ vision into inspiring customer facing editorial Partner with Director of Digital Production and Manager of Product Copy to ensure brand voice is consistent Self-manage effectively to support a fast-paced environment with moving deadlines Performance manage, guide and develop copy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and growth Manage freelancers, overseeing daily work while also contributing to team outputs. Own hiring of additional copy talent as needed Help guide & evaluate project briefs to ensure the right inputs are captured – driving a balance of results & on-brand language Partner with E-Commerce team to ensure copy is optimized across platforms. The expected starting pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
