The Manager of Engineering Operations is responsible for ensuring the site/facility is prepared for accreditation surveys. Ensures compliance with established standards for quality-of-service indicators, appearance, cleanliness, repair and condition of facility. Investigates delays on work orders, solves problems and ensures completion of work, initiating response to issues which require further action and follow up. Maintains integrity of all engineering programs, systems and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

8 years experience in Facilities Services2 years experience in a Supervisory/leadership role within healthcare.High school diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degreeExperience within an acute care setting.
