Job Overview As the Manager of Enterprise Applications, you will lead a team in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of Cascadia Health’s non-clinical systems, including the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You’ll collaborate closely with the IT leadership to deliver technology solutions that align with the organization's strategies. This role ensures that the organization's internal systems are operating effectively to meet service level agreements, and it plays a critical part in leading technological advancements. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing application implementation, and guiding the team to achieve set objectives.
Essential Duties
Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, focusing on supporting Workday ERP and other systems.Oversee project management and technical activities, from implementation to support and maintenance.Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure non-clinical applications meet organizational needs.Develop, implement, and maintain technology policies and procedures.Manage IT budgets and ensure team objectives are met, reporting key performance indicators weekly.Recruit, train, and supervise team members while fostering a culture of inclusion, equity, and diversity.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or networking.At least 2 years of IT team management experience.Expertise in server architecture, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and database management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high confidentiality standards.Willingness to travel within the Portland Metro area and occasionally work nights/weekends.Cascadia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
