Manager, Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Governance

We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. **Position Summary** The Manager for Enterprise Third Party Risk Management (ETPRM) Governance will manage the creation and ongoing management of program documentation, including the policy and standard as well as supporting materials. The Manager will define documentation standards for cross-functional ETPRM teams and define a review and publishing process to ensure all program documentation is up to date and synchronized. Additionally, the manager will focus on program maturation activities. The Manager will be an integral member of the ETPRM Governance team, driving focus on ensuring consistency and completeness of information being provided by the ETPRM program to all enterprise stakeholders. Added responsibilities will include: + Supporting information gathering, analysis, and risk prioritization of third party types outside the current scope of the program. + Spearheading the development of and oversight requirements for the Critical Third Party program. + Addressing Regulatory requests, policy requests, and requests for information to support internal and external audit requirements. + Developing and enhance KRI metrics ensuring they’re effectively communicated to senior leadership and governing committees. + Documenting governance committee meetings, including tracking of follow up action items from each session. + Collaborating with Technology Enablement, and Operations teams to ensure requirements within ETPRM standards are Operationalized effectively. + Developing and overseeing program assurance activities. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 5 years professional work experience in a Third Party Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or Governance type role. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint. + Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively. + Ability to influence senior management. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in managing a TPRM function. + Professional Certification (CTPRP, CRVPM, CRISC) **Education** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
