Redken is the #1 brand in the professional hair category in both Pro and Consumer channels, leading in Haircolor, Styling and Haircare. Redken has a complex distribution ecosystem across SalonCentric, Amazon, Ulta, Chain Accts and DTC Ecom. The brand has 3 separate categories- Haircolor, Haircare, Styling- all of which hold the number 1 position in the pro market and the #1 position in the consumer market with haircare/styling. Redken is the largest spender in the industry in Media and ranked #1 in the market in terms of advocacy metrics.
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-retail Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various e-retail and marketing projects for the Redken brand. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, Ecommerce, media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for marketing, a deep understanding of the professional beauty landscape, and a proven track record of successfully delivering impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
+ Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and metrics for a variety of Redken marketing initiatives (e.g., ecommerce/e-retail updates, digital campaigns, salon professional programs).
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the Redken Media Strategist, Brand Marketing, DMI, US Creative team, Sales, Education, and external agencies, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with overall Redken marketing strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for these teams on assigned projects.
+ E-retail/Ecommerce Management: Work seamlessly with US eComm Acceleration, DMI eComm, Internal Retailer and US Marketing teams to optimize and deliver best-in-class eComm content and copy for Pro & Consumer retailer PDPs. Brief new asset requests to DMI or internal content partners for creation of new or optimized assets and manage project workflows to ensure deadlines are met. Manage annual product ratings & reviews campaigns with designated vendor to ensure timely launch of reviews on designated retailer PDPs
+ Media Management: Own the creation and management of the Redken Media matrix, including timeline management and adherence to due dates for all media flights and campaign assets.
+ Brand Support: Provide comprehensive support for both Haircolor and Haircare/Styling categories, ensuring timely delivery of assets, strong briefs, etc. Ensure alignment to brand strategies, messaging and key priorities.
+ Visual Asset Management: Project manage the brief and delivery of brand visual support materials for various meetings and events, including Marketing Plans, Sales meetings, and Redken Education events.
+ Asset Library Management: Maintain the Redken Asset Library on the RedkenPro site, ensuring readily available resources for SalonCentric sales and education teams.
+ SalonCentric Support: Deliver all Pro paid media and organic assets to SalonCentric (approximately 15-30 assets per month). This may include briefing the content center for any additional asset needs beyond those provided in the Dossier.
+ Timeline Management: Develop and maintain realistic project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and dependencies are managed effectively. Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including any risks
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field
+ Experience in digital marketing or a related digital field a plus
+ Experience with Digital Asset Management tools (DAM) and/or Product Information Management tools (PIM) (L’Oreal Opera and/or Salsify experience a plus)
+ Proficiency with Photoshop and other photo/video editing/resizing tools
+ Digital project management experience
+ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong copy writing and editing skills
+ Excellent communicator
