Job DescriptionTo advise and guide Standard Bank Clients on various aspects and requirements of the Financial Surveillance Department of the South African Reserve Bank (“FinSurv”) relating to the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (CEMAD), Exchange Control Regulations and policy and provide business solutions to Exchange Control issues within the ambit of the current policy.

Solid experience in banking. Sound knowledge of the Currency and Exchange Control Manual for Authorised Dealers (CEMAD); Technical and specifications documents regarding the Cross-Border Foreign Exchange Transaction Reporting System (CBFETRS); Business Management. Regulatory Developments on Blockchain and /or Central Bank Digital Currencies.
3-4 years
Solid experience in the understanding of exchange control advice, basic forex products and treasury.
