As the Manager, Executive Support, you will provide broad-based administrative support to our most senior executives as well as manage the EA team. The EA team plays a key role in enabling organizational success by managing executive schedules, planning internal and external events, and ensuring the execution of critical deliverables. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to ensure seamless executive operations, optimize team workflows, and align the executive support function with organizational priorities. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On
Team Leadership
+ Manage and mentor a team of high-performing EAs, who have complex and multi-dimensional roles spanning across departments, ensuring high-quality support for executives while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
+ Standardize and implement best practices for scheduling, event planning, deliverable tracking
+ Provide regular and timely feedback, conduct performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities for team members
+ Coordinate and attend team events and activities to promote camaraderie within the EA team
Executive Support
+ Manage several members of the senior leadership team’s schedule, arrange and prioritize appointments and contact requests, resolve calendar conflicts, and negotiate rescheduling as necessary, both for internal and external coordination
+ Own coordination of materials for meetings (creating, collating, printing, distributing) and keep detailed meetings notes as well as assign and follow up on all meeting actions cross functionally
+ Be a subject matter expert for the organizations you support and provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on each executive’s behalf
+ Consult with and act on the executives behalf as needed in critical situations to drive or assist with projects and deadlines in their absence
+ Drive and coordinate complex team and company-wide events in and outside the office on a recurring basis
+ Keep executives on track for the flow of meetings during the day
+ Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Operational Oversight
+ Ensure the EA team aligns with organizational priorities, balancing workloads and resources effectively
+ Optimize processes for scheduling, event planning, and deliverable execution to enhance efficiency and consistency, streamline workflows and leverage technology where possible
+ Act as the primary point of escalation for operational challenges within the team
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
+ Partner with senior leaders to align the executive support function with organizational goals and team priorities
+ Plan and execute cross-departmental events and initiatives to enhance collaboration and strengthen relationships
+ Regularly gather feedback from executives and EAs to refine processes and address evolving needs.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, with 1+ years in a leadership capacity
+ Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in dynamic environments
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on process improvement.
+ Exceptional ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and sensitive information.
+ Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ NY State Public Notary (preferred)
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 to $134,200.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
