What you'll do...

Walmart is hiring a Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations in Homestead, Florida.

Role Detail:

Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 – 15 Direct Reports)Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.Leads, motivates, and develops techniciansWorks directly with Store Managers on their facility services needsLeads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountableOversees budgetManages and evaluate workloadEnsure tickets are being escalated properlyWorks directly with different vendors and contractors if neededReporting and analyticsRecruiting and hiring of technicians

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
