What this job involves: As a Manager of Facilities Operations at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. You'll lead a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term planning and process improvement. What your day-to-day will look like:
Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfactionDevelop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectivenessManage and mentor a team of facilities professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovationConduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality standardsLiaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address concerns and implement solutionsPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policiesRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facilities management softwareValid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites as neededPreferred Qualifications:

Estimated total compensation for this position:
140,000.00 – 175,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
