About the Role:

The Falcon Complete Manager is an emerging leader in the Falcon Complete team with proven ability to lead and develop people, create value for our customers, and execute day-to-day operations . The Falcon Complete manager requires strengths in people management, relationship development, a passion for developing staff through positive engagement and an ability to understand and focus outcomes towards strategic goals. In support of Falcon Complete goals and objectives, the Manager will work closely with all direct reports and harness skills and expertise to ensure delivery of outstanding service delivery outcomes for our customers while developing and motivating staff to operate at the highest levels.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the health and success of a mid market customer segment.

Ensure delivery of services across all customers in accordance with established service level agreements.

Establish a training and development strategy to develop internal talent.

Oversee day-to-day activities related to customer management and success, and provide situational guidance to the team.

Manage customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution to customer impacting issues. 

Create, manage, and measure team operational processes.

Engage with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders effectively to address customer concerns.

Assist the Director in strategy setting outlining regional needs and opportunities.

Initiate, manage, and deliver projects.

Establish processes for the identification, escalation, resolution, and documentation of critical customer issues.

What You'll Need:

3 or more years of customer success experience with focus on customer value and outcomes with cybersecurity products and services.

3-5 years of experience leading teams.

Experience in cybersecurity operations environments or experience as a leader in managed services.

Identity and Access Management experience. 

Experience and knowledge of industry leading cloud environments. 

Experience with CrowdStrike products a plus.

Education:

BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity or equivalent qualifications, or experience in a related field. Current and role applicable cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent a plus.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
