Department Overview
The Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) department is accountable for establishing TD's Global Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorist Financing, Economic Sanctions and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (collectively, AML) program to ensure that all TD businesses adhere with AML regulatory expectations in all jurisdictions where TD operates. This includes setting consistent standards across business segments that may be further tailored to specific business or jurisdictional requirements; conducting periodic enterprise-wide AML risk assessments; maintaining the Global AML Policy (including Know Your Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence, record keeping & retention requirements); currency transaction and suspicious transaction monitoring and reporting; screening TD customers against regulatory watch lists; a hierarchy of designated AML officer functions; enterprise-wide and specialized AML training of employees; and independent AML testing.
Job Description
The Manager, Enterprise FCRM Program Intelligence will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise FCRM Metrics & Intelligence reporting. This individual will be responsible to execute the Enterprise FCRM Program Intelligence roadmap which includes developing automated reporting solutions, developing centralized data repositories, and recommending other automation opportunities. This will deliver actionable insights and assist in executive decision making.
General accountabilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Execute the Enterprise FCRM Program Intelligence roadmap in alignment with the strategic priorities and objectives of the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) program.Design, develop, and implement customized automated reporting solutions, including dashboards and centralized data repositories that delivers key insights to assist in executive decision making.Develop dashboards that effectively tells a story, transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making.Manage associated project plans, including outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.Drive the integration of analytics into daily decision-making processes, fostering a culture of data-driven insights across the organization.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and identify innovative automation opportunities to meet evolving business needs.Provide thought leadership on innovation and automation across the function, championing continuous improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.Promote the adoption of advanced data analytics tools and techniques within the team to support evidence-based reporting and data-driven decision-making.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Stay informed about advancements in analytical techniques, methodologies, and tools to strengthen the team’s analytical capabilities and outputs.Job Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics role, preferably in a managerial capacity.Demonstrated experience in developing automated reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and centralized data repository development using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate or other low-code/no-code platforms.Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CAMS and Power Platform Certification) is an asset.Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and other automation or data visualization tools.Strong knowledge of data management principles, reporting automation, and dashboard design best practices.Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.Who We Are:
