KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: + Manage and oversee project life cycles including resource allocation, project management day-to-day activities such as progress check-ins, project schedules, project close out and overall operational project management to ensure that activities are aligned to operational and strategic objectives + Create evaluation reports for projects, provide timely and accurate project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders + Support project financial management including monitoring budgets and forecasting financial performance + Translate policy research and analysis to derive actionable insights with a focus on the individual health insurance market + Clearly and concisely communicate complex policy findings with internal and external stakeholders both orally and in writing Qualifications: + A minimum of five years of Healthcare Analytics / Management Consulting experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred + Experience conducting data analysis / data visualization: Software/ libraries (Tableau, PowerBI, R, Shiny, Plotly, GGplot), including the ability to analyze / visualize geographic and/or healthcare data; and proficiency in using program software (Python, R. SQL, Alteryx) + Knowledge and experience leveraging healthcare data and experience working in the health insurance industry, ACA health insurance exchanges, and individual group insurance market + Experience in policy making processes, both legislative and regulatory within an ACA health policy context that lends to a deep understanding of trends and directionality of U.S. health priorities + Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements + Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
