Overview
Responsible for directing and managing all activities of Field Service operations at the assigned service facility in accordance with approved policies, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. Executes business development and improvement plans/initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.Diversified business-related experience, including management responsibility, leading and managing others effectively, and leading a field operations team.Experience in operations or project management in relevant pipeline and/or oil and gas industry.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Proficient in the use of computers, with intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.Good leadership and organizational capabilities with proven ability to effectively lead and manage others.Ability to exercise sound judgment and make strategic decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication.Budgetary and cost management experience.Strong understanding of industry compliance standards and regulations.NOTE: This position is a DOT position and is considered to be safety-sensitive.
