We’re looking for an amazing Financial Reporting Manager to fill this role, which is based in our Miami office. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate preparation of Princess Cruise Line financial statements, including all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with financial teams to ensure the timely submission of accounting information and drive improvement initiatives within the financial reporting function developing streamlined processes and maximizing efficiencies of the department. You’ll provide thoughtful insights into variance explanations and probes and validate cause of change explanations. Understanding root causes and finding new solutions through cross-functional collaboration; and deliver actionable insights into financial trends, the ability to identify risks and opportunities as they emerge in the company’s financial statements will also be valuable in this position.

**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare P&L monthly variance to last forecast (MVLF) and balance sheet trend reports to facilitate review of variances every month.
+ Oversee and manages monthly review of P&L and Balance Sheet.
+ Coordinate and oversees all open items related to month-end/quarter-end/annual close, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
+ Review, understand and vet variance explanations provided for MVLF, Monthly Balance Sheet reviews, Quarterly Variance Analytics, and other reporting packages.
+ Ensures consistent quality control over financial statements and accounting processes, including performing critical reviews of financial trends and variance analyses.
+ Prepare and provide analytical support in the preparation of monthly management reporting packages, decks presentations and other ad hoc requests/special projects.
+ Partner and works closely with FP&A during forecast preparations to be involved in forecast assumptions.
+ Work directly with GARS (Global Accounting and Reporting Services/Corporate) in responding to report requests, queries and various submissions.
+ On a timely basis, satisfy and complete all financial reporting requirements both internal and external.
+ Ensure consistent quality control over all reports and analysis that come from the Financial Reporting team.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
+ Familiarity with large, computerized accounting and ERP systems; Oracle and Hyperion a plus.
+ Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, work in a highly organized and efficient manner, and take projects to completion in a timely manner.
+ Must understand consolidations and corporate financial reporting process.
+ Relentless curiosity, commitment to compliance, and passion for extracting and providing financial insights.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
+ Ability to work well with individuals at all levels. And be flexible regarding peak-time work requirements.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
**Please note that this position is considered In Office and will be required to follow the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).**

+ Base Salary Range: $93,300.00 to $125,900.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
