Position Summary
In this role as Manager – Multi Carrier Solutions FP&A, you will report to the Senior Manager of Multi Carrier Solutions FP&A. You will be responsible for analysis and reporting of financial results for the Multi Carrier Solutions segment as well as consolidating, reporting and the creation of management presentations and or talking points for forecasts and budget. This role will work closely with Multi Carrier Solutions leadership to ensure that the reporting of forecasts and budget is accurate and that the appropriate level of information is reported. The successful candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, and the ability to consolidate/report results to business partners and management. This individual will be expected to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities and responsibilities in a fast paced environment, with ability to work independently within guidance frame defined by management – includes financial reporting/analysis at both regular and ad hoc frequencies and building and reporting analytics via PowerPoint presentations. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of financial/corporate budgeting, forecasting, consolidating results and reporting.
- Assist with overall planning and analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity which may include: financial metrics, process improvement initiatives, etc.
-Development of tools and reports using Excel, Access, Oracle, S4, and Hyperion to support ongoing management process and analytics
- Collaborate with Multi Carrier Solutions Leadership to understand the overall story and key drivers for each forecast and budget and ensure financial presentations and analysis are detailed and accurate.
- Technical knowledge of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, etc..)
- Leverage strong financial modeling skills (Excel and advanced functions like Macros, Index Match etc.
- Leverage strong communication and presentation skills
- Continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience designing and executing process improvements
Required Qualifications
-Understanding of financial systems (Hyperion, S4, Oracle, etc.)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong business modeling skills
-5+ years of professional experience

Education
-Bachelor's degree preferred and or equivalent professional work experience
-5+ Years of experience is required
-8-10 Years of experience is preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
