Manager, Food Services

Responsible for the daily operation of outlets on AHS premises that serve food and beverages. Directs staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience, and manages the business to ensure that it runs efficiently.


Principal Accountabilities:

1. Hires, trains, disciplines and downsizes employees, if required.
2. Orders food and beverages, equipment, and supplies.
3. Oversees food preparation and other kitchen operations.
4. Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas.
5. Ensures that employees comply with health and food safety standards.
6. Addresses complaints regarding food quality or service.
7. Schedules staff hours and assigns duties.
8. Performs other tasks as assigned.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
