As the Manager, FP&A, you will have the chance to: Lead the charge in developing a proactive, forward-looking business plan that focuses on continuous improvements, financial analysis, and model creation to help steer key decisions. Take ownership of managing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans to ensure alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations. Be the financial go-to for the leadership team, providing critical analysis, financial tools, and decision-making support that drive results. Cultivate strong relationships with shareholders, working closely to ensure strategic financial plans are well-executed and goals are met. Dive into high-level projects, analyzing investment opportunities and helping guide the business with sharp financial insights. Lead and inspire a talented team of financial professionals, ensuring top-tier performance and alignment with business objectives. You bring to the table: A degree in business or a related field. Your CPA designation that sets you apart as an expert in the field. 3+ years of leadership experience in a financial role within a public company. A solid understanding of accounting best practices and standards. Comfort in engaging with corporate or board-level stakeholders and presenting financial insights. Experience in financial system upgrades or leading accounting system improvements is a bonus. Strong financial modeling skills would make you stand out even more.
