Cultivate strong relationships with shareholders, working closely to ensure strategic financial plans are well-executed and goals are met. Lead and inspire a talented team of financial professionals, ensuring top-tier performance and alignment with business objectives. You bring to the table: A degree in business or a related field. Your CPA designation that sets you apart as an expert in the field. 3+ years of leadership experience in a financial role within a public company. A solid understanding of accounting best practices and standards. Comfort in engaging with corporate or board-level stakeholders and presenting financial insights. Experience in financial system upgrades or leading accounting system improvements is a bonus. Strong financial modeling skills would make you stand out even more.
