In this key role, you will enhance financial tools, business modeling, and planning processes while addressing strategic challenges, including aligning ARR and revenue, refining key financial metrics, and standardizing reporting cadences. Our ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with exceptional analytical abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a lasting impact. **Job Responsibilities:** + Prepare monthly financial board packages with key metrics and commentary to guide strategic decision-making + Analyze financial results to identify trends and actionable insights that improve operational efficiency + Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting + Partner with department heads to optimize resource allocation and budgetary controls + Implement standardized reporting cadences to improve clarity and alignment across teams + Identify and address process gaps to enhance transparency and drive efficiency improvements + Strengthen internal expertise in financial models and reporting frameworks to ensure scalability and teamwide proficiency + Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analyses and insights for strategic initiatives **Desired Skills and Experience:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required + Experience: 3+ years of prior experience, ideally in FP&A at a high-growth private equity backed SaaS company + Technical Skills: Experience with tools like Power BI, FCCS, Oracle/Adaptive Planning, and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite & Salesforce) is highly desirable + Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reconciling financial metrics, including ARR calculations + Process Improvement: Strong ability to create scalable processes, align cross-functional teams, and implement best practices in reporting and planning + Ethics and Confidentiality: High standards of integrity and confidentiality when managing sensitive information + Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex data in a clear, actionable manner + Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial challenges + Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment _The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000_ _to_ _$150,000._ _It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
