The Fusion Development Team is a multidisciplinary group that blends the expertise of professional developers with the agility of citizen low-code developers. Together, they build faster, more efficient applications using low-code platforms and AI. This team is instrumental in driving innovation, fostering a community of forward-thinking developers, and ensuring that security and compliance are ingrained in every aspect of the development process. Our goal is to empower both business users and technical experts, combining low-code development with traditional coding approaches to create impactful and scalable solutions.

As a Manager within the Fusion Development Team, you are a strategic leader who thrives on fostering innovation and empowering your team. You have a deep understanding of both low-code/no-code platforms and business processes allowing you to balance operational needs with technical innovation. You are committed to building a culture of collaboration, where team members can grow and contribute to the organization’s success. You have strong people management skills and a passion for driving digital transformation while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards. Additionally, you are hands-on in leading key technical initiatives and directly contributing to technical solution development.
**Responsibilities**
**People Management & Leadership**
+ Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, empowering both professional and citizen developers to create innovative solutions.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning, ensuring that each team member is supported in their growth and development.

**Digital Transformation**
+ Oversee the design, development, and deployment of low-code/no-code solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, reduce manual tasks, and drive operational efficiency.
+ Identify and address process bottlenecks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement scalable improvements.
+ Ensure all developed solutions are aligned with organizational standards and are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly.
**Hands-On Leadership**
+ Actively engage in the design and development of key solutions, providing technical guidance and contributing to coding and configuration tasks when necessary.
+ Lead by example in implementing best practices for low-code/no-code development, demonstrating technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Directly troubleshoot complex issues, providing hands-on support to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
**Innovation Community & Power Platform Leadership**
+ Lead the development and implementation of scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, fostering a community of innovation among citizen developers and professional developers alike.
+ Promote the adoption of Power Platform services, driving best practices and continuously measuring effectiveness to improve outcomes.
+ Serve as a thought leader, driving digital innovation across teams and ensuring that the latest technologies are incorporated into business processes.
**Governance, Security, and Compliance**
+ Implement robust governance and security measures, ensuring all solutions adhere to Microsoft’s compliance standards from the start.
+ Develop and enforce best practices around governance, data security, and compliance, creating a framework that supports both agility and control.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and operations to ensure that solutions meet evolving business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
+ Build strong partnerships with other teams, ensuring alignment of goals and effective communication across departments.
**Training & Development**
+ Ensure that team members and end-users are trained on developed solutions and fully equipped to manage and monitor processes effectively.
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies, continuously upskilling your team to meet future business needs and maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**
**Experience**
+ 8+ years of experience driving digital transformation and process improvements using low-code/no-code platforms, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
+ Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and creating a culture of collaboration.
+ Strong background in business process automation and workflow optimization, with a track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
+ Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code development, including coding and configuration tasks.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) and traditional development methodologies.
+ Demonstrated success in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive cross-team collaboration.
+ Proven ability to balance governance, security, and compliance with innovation and agility.
+ Technical proficiency in hands-on development and problem-solving.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in cloud platforms, AI, and business process analysis.
+ Familiarity with integrating low-code solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and traditional coding approaches.
+ Demonstrated leadership in building innovation communities and upskilling both professional and citizen developers.
