**Required Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree and 5 years full time relevant experience or + Associate's Degree and 6 years full time relevant experience or + High School Diploma/GED and 8 years full time relevant experience. **Relevant Work Experience** + Minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience, or supervisory and managerial experience of a technical group with a proven ability to motivate people. Required + Working knowledge of gas transmission and distribution system, regulator stations, ROVs, and general system operation. Required + Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations concerning pressure regulation equipment/designs. Required + Knowledge of design, repair, and maintenance of gas distribution systems, pressure regulating stations / equipment, power generation (as applicable), mechanical and controls systems, as well as associated equipment. Required + Strong decision-making, organizational, problem solving, analytical, administrative, oral and written communication skills. Required + Must be motivated, innovative, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments while meeting stringent deadlines. Required + Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and comfortable dealing with all levels of management, union personnel and customers are required. Required + Must become operator qualified within 24 months upon hiring. Required **Licenses And Certfications** + Driver's License Required **Additional Physical Demands** + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers. + Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. + Available for emergency work 24/7 as required by system conditions. + Must be capable or working at elevations and within tunnels. + Must successfully pass background check.
