What YOU will do

Coordinate activities of engineering or technical personnel involved in designing, fabricating, modifying or testing of products.Monitor the cost, schedule and technical performance of sizable company programs or subsystems of major programs.Manage major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines.Set objectives and execute approach for achievement of operational results.Innovate, design develop and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements and customer guarantees.

Qualifications You Must Have

Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience in a role performing general stress analysis of aircraft structure components. In the alternative, at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in a role performing general stress analysis of aircraft structure components would be acceptable.Must possess at least 5 years of experience with static and fatigue analysis of aircraft nacelle structures.Must possess at least 5 years of experience with metallic and composite aircraft nacelle structural parts.Must possess at least 5 years of experience with structural repairs of nacelle structures.Must possess at least 5 years of experience with mechanical/aerospace FEA tools to include Patran and Nastran.Must possess at least 1 year of experience in leading a technical team.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work onsite. This

includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range is $188,302.00 - $221,000.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
