As part of that obsession, we are looking for someone to join the newly created Global CRM team to help build the best possible experiences for our customers across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate must have a balanced experience between systems and marketing. Specifically, this role will be able to understand complex data flows, interconnectivity of systems, be able to generate insights and drive decisions, while also being able to partner with markets and Creative stakeholders to develop compelling campaigns. This individual also needs to be collaborative and a stellar communicator, as they will be working with many different HQ teams, in-market teams and external vendors. This role may have direct reports.
What You’ll Do:
CRM Marketing
Build, QA and deploy email & SMS campaigns, segments and journeys in our marketing platforms. Be the expert and internal ‘go to’ for Headquarters and Markets teams for all questions related to CRM platforms. Partner with external vendors and market partners to implement new personalization and dynamic content features in our email and SMs programs.
Technical & Analytical Oversight
Coordinate with IT teams to monitor technical developments related to the CRM programs, including functional evolutions and automated campaign implementations. Measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, customer feedback, conversion metrics, and their impact on overall customer lifetime value. Support Loyalty and Clientelling programs with effective CRM support, inclusive of roll out, QA, iterations, and on-going support. Partner closely with key stakeholders as it pertains to data management and privacy. Leverage market feedback to make continuous improvements and pivots to CRM programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years professional hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing, or 3 Master’s degree in a related field with 3 years professional hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing -- Equivalent experience may be accepted. 1-2 years experience setting up campaigns, segments and reports in marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Required: demonstrated ability to setup and monitor complex journeys and triggers in marketing automation campaigns 3+ years experience managing complex global projects Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM principles and omni-channel customer experience. Previous people management experience preferred.
Schedule:
The target salary range for this position is $100,000 to $135,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
