**Position Summary**
The position of Manager, Global Digital Marketing & Communications for Jet Aviation is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the strategy and functionality of all Marketing & Communications digital products and touchpoints from social media to programmatic display. The candidate will synthesize how digital interactions fit into broader marketing and communications plans and will develop our brand persona in the digital world.This is a hybrid position, working at least three times weekly from the office, based out of Teterboro, NJ.
**Minimum Requirements**
— Minimum 5 years in an agency or digital marketing role
— Bachelor’s degree required, with other relevant advanced degree preferred
— Experience in producing quality digital products and managing successful digital campaigns while driving measurable results in terms of traffic, conversions, and revenue.
— Proven track record of leading through ideation, design, and delivery of complex digital marketing and communications products
— Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels including SEO best practices, search/social media algorithms, and keyword research tools
— Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
— Ability to be detail oriented, be flexible to adapt to unexpected situations, and to work independently on a high performing team
— Possess a valid driver’s license
— Possess a valid U.S. Passport
**Main Responsibilities**
— The Manager, Global Digital Marketing & Communicationsis responsible for building and implementing digital campaigns and assets for all Marketing & Communications across regions and lines of business, working closely with regional marketing teams
— Develop and drive new digital innovations and solutions that enhance the Jet Aviation brand and foster the relationship with customers, employees, and other key stakeholders
— Accountable for jetaviation.com, intranet, apps, and other Jet Aviation digital tools – operationally, strategically and in sync with other company tools e.g., Salesforce
— Lead SEO and SEM, with metrics and reviews to drive impact and effectiveness
— Accountable for the ongoing development and effectiveness of all company social media channels. Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for social media campaigns. Continuing to build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence through two-way engagement
— Monitoring and protecting the company's brand on social media and the internet. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
— Support the development of new digital innovation and solutions that enhance the Jet Aviation brand and foster the relationship with customers, employees, and other key stakeholders, e.g. experiences at events and exhibitions and virtual interactions
— Support the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns that feature innovative and interactive components to engage key target audiences. Identify and report on key metrics and performance indicators, develop dashboards for dissemination to marketing.
— Establish protocols and best practices for direct marketing, including via e-newsletters, e-mail campaigns, and other points of contact by leveraging A-B testing to develop guidelines for cadence, volume, and message structure
— Support and lead the content strategy for Jet Aviation and building an interactive online community of customers, prospects, employees, and industry contacts
**Main Responsibilities Cont.**
— Help build a digital marketing strategy and manage execution among the marketing team and support all digital and social brand and promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
— Develop and produce digital content (in-house and outsourced)
— Define, manage and lead digital and social media guidelines, benchmarks and new practices to drive brand awareness and engagement around Jet Aviation
— Analyze and develop Jet Aviation’s online brand persona, conduct a competitive analysis and report on the sentiment in regards to leading industry topics
— Help manage the marketing budget for Digital Marketing and Communications
— Partner with IT and provide digital support to Jet Aviation’s support functions in relation to MarComm
— Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
