Job Purpose and ImpactThe Manager, Global HR Process Owner - Time & Pay will lead the design, development, delivery and measurement of highly complex human resources domain operational process excellence across the business and function. In this role, you will drive the design and continuous improvement programs of change with employee experience at the center, in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders within the process area.
Key Accountabilities Lead the operating model of a highly complex domain process, collaborating closely with human resources leaders to drive continuous improvement across the assigned domain, influencing senior leadership and understanding global complexity.Lead the design of an integrated end-to-end human resources domain process in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy, integrating the sub processes and enabling the processes with people, technology, and data.Provide thought leadership to evolve the capability associated with the process and technology, identify opportunities to optimize processes for improved user experience and lead regular review of standards and success measures.Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress.Provide thought leadership to ensure the development and implementation of process and technology are aligned with governance and with end to end process standards.Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.Support Time Management and Payroll teams in the creation and optimization of processes. Must demonstrate hands-on experience and technical know-how in both time management and payroll. Select and deploy AI tools to support Time Management and PayrollOther duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience supporting Time Management and Payroll teams in the creation and optimization of processes. Hands-on experience is required.
Experience working in payroll and understanding of controls.
Experience using UKG Dimensions (Workforce Time Management), SuccessFactors Time Tracking, and ADP (similar Time Management solutions will be considered).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale project outputs and support the highly complex issues to provide resolutions
Experience driving a global approach on human resources improvement projects
Experience ensuring technology-enabled solutions are meaningful and support the process area's operations strategic goals
Additional InformationThe expected salary for this position is $146,903-$160,925. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
