What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of IT Security Analysts and Engineers across the globe covering multiple brands in efforts of threat hunting, detection and remediationResponsible for the management and enhancement of the 3rd party Security Operation CenterResponsible for the tracking, monitoring and reporting of security events and incidents to Capri IT Security LeadershipDefines, documents, and maintains security and emergency policies, procedures, and testsResponsible for performing routine security checks and coordinating with IT department to integrate and consolidate security measures within existing infrastructureManages and monitors security for more than one IT functional area (e.g.: data, systems, network and/or Web) across the enterpriseResponsible for the management and operations of IT Security software and tools. (e.g.: SEIM, EDR, & NDR)Lead and coordinate Vulnerability Management activities, reporting on progress and risks to IT leadershipAssists in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures (e.g.: user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security auditing procedures and use of firewalls and encryption routines)Prepares status reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response proceduresResponsible for the tracking, monitoring and remediation of potential security risks, including viruses, vulnerabilities and threat advisoriesEnforces security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviews security violation reports and investigates possible security exceptions, updates, and maintains and documents and security controlsParticipate in compliance activities supporting audits for regulatory standards including SOX, PCI, and GDPR various and other types of Exercises (e.g.: tabletop, walkthroughs etc)Provides direct support to the business and IT staff for security related issuesEducates IT and the business about security policies and consults on security issuesYou’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experienceApplied experience with security controls and incident managementExperience in managing or overseeing a Security Operations Center (SOC)Experienced in security administration, projects and complicated security issues5 to 7 years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design, and administrationKnowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms.Knowledge of both server and networking infrastructureWe’d Like to See:
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, and/or CISAPractical experience with threat detection, monitoring and incident response and implementationExperience with the management of security related technologies. (e.g.: LogRhythm, Splunk, Darktrace, ExtraHop, Crowdstrike, SentinalOne…)Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideasExcellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects at any given timeAbility to analyze problems and propose solutionsInnovative thinking and visionaryAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCapri Perks:
