What You'll Do for Us:

Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance business processes to meet organizational goals, reducing costs, defects, rework, and maximizing efficiency and quality of services.Drive the process to evaluate and conduct quarterly reviews of 25+ preferred suppliers.Conduct data research and analysis, providing a robust foundation for business operations.Participate in strategic planning and implementation of growth and optimization strategies.Conduct multifaceted data research and analysis to support streamlined and effective business operations.Implement organization-wide process improvements, championing best practices for sustainable business process enhancements.Build and share best practices to perpetuate a culture of continuous improvement, impacting the organization at all levels through upgrade of service quality and heightened client satisfaction.Support continuous improvement strategy through financial analysis and ad hoc reporting.Develop and implement strategies to enhance relationships with strategic partners and suppliers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldProven experience in business strategy and developmentRobust knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.A track record of impactful data analysis and problem-solving, with an ability to distill insights into actionable strategic initiatives.Robust communication skills, coupled with the drive to influence change and encourage the adoption of best practices.Strategic decision-making abilities, with a focus on executing operational plans effectively.Influential communication abilities, coupled with strong story-telling skills to sway stakeholders and leadership teams.A proficient problem-framer, leveraging structured analysis to unpack intricate business questions and determine a clear direction.Adept at stakeholder management, fostering alignment and active engagementExceptional prioritization skills, managing immediate demands and long-term strategies with acute business acumen.

Pay Range:

$114,600 - $133,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
