Home (https://careers.loreal.com/en\_US/content/Home) / Job Search (https://careers.loreal.com/en\_US/jobs/SearchJobs) / 195179 Manager, Global Trade Marketing, CeraVe DMI Jersey City, NJ, New Jersey Apply now (https://careers.loreal.com/en\_US/jobs/ApplicationMethods?jobId=195179) Back Permanent New Jersey Jersey City, NJ Marketing Full - Time 19-Dec-2024 Key Responsibilities: + Global Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative global trade marketing strategies for CeraVe, focusing on driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth within the retail environment. + In-Store Brand Expression & Activation: Lead the creation of globally consistent visual merchandising guidelines and tools, ensuring compelling brand representation across retail channels worldwide. (Note: This role does not include development of new product or campaign key visuals, which are provided by digital/marketing teams and integrated into in-store displays.) + Collaboration with Regional Teams: Partner with regional/zone teams to adapt and localize global in-store campaigns, maintaining brand consistency while addressing specific market needs. + Retail Education & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for dermo advisors and other retail personnel to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Collaborate with the Medical (Pharmacists) team on content development. Partner with product and marketing teams to create targeted educational materials for new product launches. + Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store activations and training programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from retail personnel and adapt resources accordingly. + Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository of digital and physical training resources, ensuring global accessibility for retail teams. Key Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in global trade marketing, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry.
