\nThis is your chance to be part of an in-house Government Affairs team, building relationships with government entities and partners, and identifying legislative and regulatory risks and opportunities to advance our strategic goals and reputation. On the Government Affairs team and reporting to the Director, Federal Government Affairs, you will manage the Political Action Committee (PAC) and related political activities for Hilton and support our engagement with the Administration, Congress, and other stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nManage our Political Action Committee, including budget, disbursements, governance, website, database, reporting, and fundraising activities.\nEnsure compliance with federal and state rules, guidelines, and laws by working with internal and external partners.\nPrepare research and materials on public policy issues to support the Federal Government Affairs team and Hilton’s strategic goals.\nAttend meetings with government, trade associations, and coalitions.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nWork with the Government Affairs team to develop and implement our PAC strategy for federal and state engagement.\nCollaborate with the Vice President and Director on initiatives to elevate Hilton’s reputation among government stakeholders.\nDevelop relationships with fundraisers, industry trade associations, Members of Congress and staff, and consultants.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nOversee PAC member engagement, daily activities, and filings.\nSupport trade association engagement, including invoicing, dues, and sponsorships.\nTrack and analyze legislation and regulations relevant to Hilton.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\n\nThree (3) years of work in related positions, including for a PAC, as a staff member in the US House of Senate office, political campaigns, or with a trade association.
\n\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
