Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Essential Functions:
Ensure property policies, guidance and training is available to segment assigned company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other government and company compliance requirementsLead a team that provides property management customer service to the IMS Segment and its Sectors/Divisions in support of the objectives of Government Compliance, specifically Property ManagementAssist in the management of the property management business system compliance to insure both internal and external compliance to all applicable policies and proceduresProvide guidance on tracking and retention of audit artifacts and ensure closure of all corrective action activitiesContributes to the preparation of property management reports as needed, including data for financial reports, physical inventory reports and results, lost equipment, self-assessment results and additional reports, as requiredInterfaces with customers, auditors, senior and executive management, and other internal stakeholders for all property management mattersParticipate in internal and external audits including required self-assessmentsResponsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirementsLearn and apply Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and L3Harris financial policies and applied to asset acquisition and dispositionEvaluate overall property management program effectiveness and best practicesIdentify and correct process deficiencies and propose solutions for continuous improvementQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
