POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Growth & Performance is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and optimize performance across various programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in growth and performance management.

 

STARTING SALARY: $120,000 annualized (exempt position).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

•              Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

•              Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on business growth and performance management.

•              Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.

•              Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

•              Excellent leadership and team management skills.

•              Hands-on experience in deploying and managing digital advertising platforms

•              Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).

•              Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

•              Strong project management skills with experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•              Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial targets.

 

SKILLS:

•              Strategic Thinking: Crafting growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, and setting performance goals that drive the organization forward.

•              Data Analysis and Interpretation: Using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer behavior to guide strategic initiatives.

•              Leadership and Team Management: Providing direction, mentoring team members, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring effective team collaboration.

•              Project Management: Managing growth and performance-related projects using tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively utilized.

•              Marketing and Sales Coordination: Coordinating campaigns, promotional activities, and customer acquisition strategies to increase market share and revenue.

•              Financial Management: Overseeing the budget for growth initiatives, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring a good return on investment.

•              Excellent Communication: Reporting performance metrics to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders.

•              Student Focus: Enhancing experiences based on student feedback, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and fostering student-centric initiatives.

•              Adaptability: Responding to shifts in market dynamics, pivoting strategies as necessary, and continuously seeking improvement opportunities.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and areas for expansion. Collaborate with senior management to align growth strategies with overall business objectives. Performance Management: Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are being met. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management. Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve growth and performance objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth. Marketing & Enrollment Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth initiatives. Oversee campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention. Project Management: Manage projects related to business growth and performance enhancement. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Student Focus: Ensure student satisfaction and loyalty through improved experience. Use student feedback to drive experience enhancements. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets related to growth and performance initiatives. Ensure financial targets are met and identify cost-saving opportunities.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Direct Reports: None

Indirect Reports: None

 

CONTACT RESPONSIBILITY:

Internal: Interacts with supervisor to receive general direction and instructions and/or review of work results.  This position will work closely with colleagues in multiple departments. 

External: Interacts with outside vendors, such as advertising, digital and PR agencies, printers, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure the successful and accurate execution of promotional strategies.

Office Location:  Remote

Work Hours:  Generally standard office hours.

Travel:  May require occasional travel to Alliant International University campus locations.
