Make an Impact! A patient experience manager helps to satisfy a full range of patient needs. Acts as a liaison between the multidisciplinary team, inpatients, outpatients and families. Responsible to coordinate communication about logistics of care; translate medical terms and treatments, provide education; assist with ethical issues; manage the complaint and grievance process; provide service recovery; participate in quality initiatives.

Experience:
Five (5) years’ experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required; healthcare experience strongly preferred
Licensures/Certifications:
