About the Role We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Health Services to join our Partnership Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic sales growth, develop key partnerships, and remove barriers for our sales teams, all while working with one of the leading companies in digital health. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales enablement, a deep understanding of the healthcare payer and employer markets, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners. What You'll Accomplish Accelerate pipeline growth Create and maintain a successful partnership with client commercial teams Remove barriers for our Hinge Health sales teams to create and advance opportunities Establish relationship with client commercial leaders and SCE’s/SAE’s to be the main point of contact for all things related to partnership growth Identify and execute on partnership expansion opportunities Hinge Health Hybrid Model We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. Basic Qualifications Experience in Sales Enablement or Commercial Operations Strong Knowledge of Healthcare and Payer Markets Experience with CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Reporting Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills Proven Track Record in Project Management and Strategic Planning Preferred Qualifications Experience in Sales Enablement or Commercial Operations Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting Skills Understanding of Sales Methodologies and Enablement Tools Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
