Manager, Helium Sourcing & International Sales

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Manager, Helium Sourcing & International Sales, has direct responsibility for securing new supply sources and managing wholesale export customers and Nippon Sanso affiliate customers.



Essential Functions

Essential Function

Manage process to secure new helium sources including discovery, evaluation, approval & deal execution.

Establish & maintain relationships with global energy companies, crude helium producers & other potential helium sources.

Contract negotiation & drafting.

Business case development & internal approvals.

Lead the internal evaluation process including coordination with legal, tax, supply chain and other departments as appropriate to ensure completion and approval of agreement.

P&L and overall management responsibility for relationships with Global Helium’s wholesale export customers.

Maximize profitability of wholesale customers.

Contract negotiation & drafting.

Pursue new wholesale customers.

Manage contracts and relationships with Nippon Sanso affiliate customers.

Provide input to development of Global Helium’s business strategy and implement with respect to prospective new sources and wholesale export business.

Support MTG/TNSC affiliates in implementing the Global Helium strategy.

Special projects such as Global Helium P&L, annual plan modeling, Helium related capital investment and  analysis.

Coordinate development of annual sales forecast and helium budget.
