As our Manager, HR Advisory you will:
Relationship manage and coordinate support for enquiries that touch multiple areas of HR, this may involve coordinating multiple HR specialists to resolve complex people issuesSupport complex interpretation of policy and procedures and provide oversight of some complex events which need higher touch handling (e.g. redundancy programme) working with the HR Business Partner, HR Consultants and Specialist teams where requiredSupport the Change journey for People managers around a broad range of HR ProcessesGive support and encourage customer adoption of HR Systems and toolsComplete low and medium risk investigations, as neededSupport understanding of how HR products and services are received to continuously improve the overall workforce experience by using case and knowledge management tools to identify trends in the questions and challenges colleagues have. Identify improvements to make HR services and products (and the supporting policies and processes) even better for the workforce based on data from case and knowledge management toolsProvide the appropriate level of support for Senior Executives (Managing Directors ) providing end to end coordination and quality assurance of queries and transaction resolutionUse data to identify trends to provide support and guidance for colleagues in order to be successful in their career journeyBe proficient in both written and verbal communication and an effective facilitator for team meetings, townhalls, and Employee Resource Group events - both virtually and in personFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $78,700.00 and $110,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
