Manager, HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources Manager, you will help with organizational planning by understanding business needs. You will work with managers on business and people issues, and lead HR projects to support employee programs. You will consult on leadership and employee relations to continue to build a best-in-class culture. You will manage projects, track goals, report progress, make recommendations, and assist with implementation. You will ensure fair application of policies and procedures. You will lead talent initiatives and drive growth and development for our people and the organization. In this role, you will report to the VP HR.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Partner with leaders to align current and future business needs into an overall integrated HR plan for the functions, focusing on opportunities that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.Provide strategic HR business partnership, advising leaders on key priorities.Influence business leaders and position KDP to attract and retain talent through talent development and reward strategies.Leverage our HR COEs for leadership development, strategy and people analytics and recruiting to help attract, engage, and retain great talent.Complete projects by clarifying objectives, setting clear timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, analyzing results, and preparing final findings and recommendations.Identify root causes and conduct relevant data analysis to propose both short-term and long-term interventions and solutions.Improve and apply HR processes, policies and standards meeting local and federal employment laws.Think independently, investigate and resolve employee issues, partnering with the legal teams, where necessary.Implement HR initiatives in to support all the above.Develop human resources solutions and solve people related business challenges by collecting and analyzing data and recommending courses of action.Establish and share best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent; Master's Degree preferred.A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles within fast-paced and matrix organizationsAcute business acumen, understanding of organizational challenges, and success in resolving them by implementing effective HR plansExcellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to solve complex business challenges.Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Willingness to travel as needed to meet business needs.

Proven ability to understand business goals and then design & implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of the HR function within the company. Proven bias for action as evidenced through proactive, innovative and value-creating solution implementation.Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution.Proven ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities.Success in creating & driving effective and positive employee and labor relations for large populations of hourly employees in a distribution and / or manufacturing environment.Success in leading and managing projects, which may be large-scale, cross-functional, and require strong stakeholder management and alignment.Well-versed in a variety of Human Resources concepts, practices, and proceduresDemonstrated success handling sensitive and confidential matters effectively and discreetly.
