As an HR Business partner, you will provide strategic HR partnership to business operations leaders in a function, market, or business unit. You’ll work directly with an organization’s senior leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that enables delivery of the organization’s goals. In the Manager, HR Business Partner role you will work closely with the HR Business Partner Director and your peers to optimize the talent and employee experience in the organization.
This HR Business Partner will support Electric Vehicles (EVs), Digital, and Design – which may include product development, software engineering, digital and studio design.
