Key responsibilities include:
HRIS: Support HR Analytics needs at Regional Level; (e.g. Headcount-/FTE, Turnover, IDP, Promotion, Recruiting, HC reconciliation and backup HC movements, etc.) and give support in a regular basis to the rest of the country experts in Americas Region. Overall Data Quality & Data Governance: Coordinate data quality projects and actions Provide support in identifying HRIS / data quality / data harmonization issues. Act as subject Matter expert and project manager: Provide support and coordination on special Projects related to HRIS upgrades, HRIS system deployments, modifications and enhancements at country level & Americas Level Training and Governance: Support training initiatives in all aspects of system management (Successfactors, People Doc, Atoss, Payroll systems, Employee portal) T. REWARDS: Participate in the development and implementation of employee benefit policies and procedures aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals. Actively participate in Market Surveys (Mercer, Index, Eriac, AON, AMCHAM, etc) Monitor compliance with Compensation policies. Assist with pay equity reviews and analyses. Ensuring internal equity and competitiveness vs market Support benefits budgeting and annual compensation review process (ACR). Job grading / leveling. Ad-hoc projects and initiatives. Collaborate with Human Resources leadership, legal counsel vendors and third-party consultants. Participate in the collective bargain agreement annual review of sites in Mexico. PAYROLL Ensure accuracy in payroll payment for employees under North Latam Region. Act as a main contact for payroll related matter with external provider for North Latam Region Manage payment calendars for the year scheduling for all special pay cycles such as bonus, profit sharing, vacation premium, Christmas bonus and merit increases. Ensure the process the payment of the special pay cycles. Report to management on payroll issues and changes in a weekly & monthly basis. Provide support on external audits providing payroll information when applicable. TALENT MANAGEMENT PM process administration at a country level: Forms launching, validation for bonus calcs, Target setting, mid-year & end year review. IDP Process administration at a country Level. Support Annual Talent Reviews at country level Provide training of PM & IDP to HR Team, Managers and Employees in accordance to Global & Regional Guidance WORKFORCE PLANNING Act as the Regional Key user for Americas Region coordinating the process with Global Team, the HR Country Key users of Americas Region and Finance. Participate as the Country Key user for Mexico in the Workforce planning exercise twice a year (Budget & Year End Forecast) Input new positions, making amendments to existing positions, running cost simulations. Monitor and analyze Total HC actual costs vs Budget for Mexico in a monthly basis and report variances to Finance. PERSONEL ADMIN Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, policies, leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct employee onboarding/position changes/ Promotions/ Offboarding and any other process in the employee life cycle under Legal Entity BC Distributors
About you:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar 6+ years of related work experience in a similar global company. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting commitments and project timelines. Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Conversational English is a must. Experience working with Success Factors. Certification in Total Rewards matter. Proficient in Excel, managing data & business acumen. Experience working with payroll process. Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law. Project Management Experience.
