Manager, Human Resources

Implements Human Resources policies as a generalist, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete

understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Responsible for and/or serves as a HR

liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment,

employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.

Provide support and strategic leadership to meet business objectives for the Triumph Aviation ServicesGuides and manages the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for company, including:Strong recruiting and staffing skillsPerformance management and improvement systemsCompensation managementOrganizational developmentCompliance of federal, state laws and regulations as well as company policyStrong employee relation skillsExperience with performance management and succession planningEmployee development, training and retentionPayroll experienceUnderstands need for and document human resource processesReview company and department analyses costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated financial goals and objectiveAct as catalyst for change management and provide leadership in these initiativesPrefer working knowledge of remote workers both domestic and internationally. Expat experience would be a plusOther various duties as assigned or needed

· Good representative of Company and community

· Working knowledge of FAA Drug and Alcohol requirements, safety sensitive and non-safety sensitive

Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years’ experience or 10-12 years’ relatable experience.
