Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to our Engineering clients. You will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, implement effective talent acquisition strategies, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain effective relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to both business leaders and employees, fostering a strong partnership and a positive employee experienceLeverage HR expertise and best practice to lead resolution on employee relations, investigations and accommodation mattersCollaborate with key stakeholders to execute HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culturePartner with talent acquisition to develop and implement strategies for open positionsPartner with managers to identify skills gaps and develop training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledgeProvide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and conflict resolutionDrive projects and HR-related initiatives that serve the businessDrive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and increase productivityEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practicesAnalyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to business leaders, identifying trends and recommending strategies for improvement

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant professional experience5 years of relevant professional level HR experienceStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsProven ability to execute HR strategies aligned with business goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to navigate complex employee relations mattersDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-makingProven self-started, motivated and can work with minimal guidance, finding the right resources to ensure progress

Desired Characteristics:

Previous business partner experience with a dedicated client group

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
