Job Description
Plans, organizes, and directs team members and activities in support of HR including oversight of inquiries and requests from Northwell team members and business units. Coordinates, develops, and implements new centralized processes and initiatives that drive and improve employee experience and operational efficiency in partnership with HR leaders. Advises and recommends process improvements and solutions across HR.
Job Responsibility
1.Provides leadership to team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
2.Conducts briefings and departmental meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers.
3.Works to develop and drive performance metrics and KPI's that enable efficiency and an exceptional customer experience.
4.Provides direction and guidance to exempt specialist and/or supervisory personnel who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
5.Links and executes Human Resources policies and procedures supporting HR strategies.
6.Supports the development of team member support and experience strategies, programs, and policies.
7.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with system.
8.Decisions typically relate to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area.
9.Exercises independent judgement within specific guidelines and procedures to determine actions for moderately complex issues.
10.Regularly collaborates with leadership and others outside of own function.

Job Qualification
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
+ 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
+ Customer Service background/experience, preferred.
+ Prior experience with Avaya platform, preferred.
+ Prior experience with Call Center environment and improving call center KPIs, preferred.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $98,300-$170,100/year
